Margaret Meehan Obituary
Margaret was predeceased by her husband, Thomas, in 1987; her daughter, Claire P. Cullinane; and her brothers: Ira, Thomas, & William Hanlon. She is survived by her son, Thomas J. Meehan; her daughter and son in law, Margaret Ann & Terence Sharkey; her daughter and son in law, Kathleen & William Acox; her son in law, John Cullinane; 12 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren; and her sister, Ruth Dorothy Sheehy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 6, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 Rt. 9, Old Bridge, NJ. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 7, 2013 at 10am at St. Bernadette Church, Parlin, NJ. Entombment will follow to St. Mary Cemetery, South Amboy, NJ. What a life well lived in service and love for her family. Her light will shine through all those who knew and loved her. My prayers are with all of you. I will say a Rosary in Mrs. Meehan's name on my Fatima beads. I know the Blessed mother is bringing her to Jesus now. May God bless you all.
