My deepest sympathy to the Stockdale family. Shirley was a dear, sweet and fun lady ready to pitch in and help anyone out... always with a beautiful smile on her face. I worked closely with Shirley through our careers me being the retired Register of Wills and Clerk of the Orphans' Court from Washington County and fellow Democrat woman. May she rest in peace.
