Mrs. Margaret Toy Chinn

Margaret Chinn died on April 9th in Vancouver, BC, at the age of 90. Margaret was born on May 13th, 1927 in Canmore Alberta, but spent most of her childhood in the far east; Hong Kong, and China and wasn't able to return until WWII was over. Shortly after returning to Canada, she met Allen Toy and were married within months. Allen and Margaret operated a successful home rental business in Vancouver. Unfortunately, Allen died in an accident at the young age of 49. Many years later, Margaret married Fred Chinn and had many memorable years.

Margaret is survived by her children, Michael Toy and Patricia Christiansen (nee Toy), of Vancouver. Margaret has three grandchildren; Jennifer Toy, Melissa Toy and Jens Christiansen.
She was pre-deceased by her 2 husbands, Allen Toy and Fred Chinn.

A funeral is scheduled for April 28, 2018 at 9:00 am at Forest Lawn Chapel (3789 Royal Oak, Burnaby)
