Dear Maureen and Family,
I just learned of your mom's passing. I send my sincere condolenses. Your mom was a very dear friend and colleague, always going that extra mile to help us, the faculty, out when were negligent and didn't give adequate lead time when we needed something. She was very efficient and always low-key and never seemed to be "hurried"
Last time I saw her was outside
Walmart Greensburg and I think she was waiting for you to pick her up. She was a wonderful person and a real asset to UPG.
Sincerely, Peg

Margie was the sweetest, kindest spirit. She welcomed me when I taught a few part-time classes back in the 1990s, and then again when I joined the full-time faculty in 2000. She was such a light and so helpful to me when I was floundering around (which was often) as a new and clueless faculty person. I adored her and am so sorry to hear of her passing.
