Margo Tomsik

Margo Tomsik, age 78, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 10, 2020 in Naples, FL.

Beloved wife of Louis Tomsik for 56 years. Loving mother of Scott Tomsik and his wife Pamela of Norfolk, MA, and Craig Tomsik and his wife Jacqueline of Medway, MA. Devoted Yiayia (grandmother) of Caroline, Jake and Alli Tomsik. Sister of Barbara Boudrot and her husband Dick of Bradenton, FL. Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews and a friend to all.

Born in Chicago, IL on August 29, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Helen (Anton) and Andrew Cardaras. She attended Northern Illinois University, where she met her husband . They were married in Chicago in 1963. After their sons were born, they settled in Medfield, MA. Margo taught elementary school for many years before partnering with her husband in several businesses. Like her father, she had a great passion for photography. She almost always had a camera in her hand, and her family is forever grateful for the countless precious memories she captured.

Lou and Margo retired in Bonita Springs, FL, where Margo took on a prominent role in the community. She was an avid golfer. Margo was true to her Christian faith throughout her life. She was an active member of her church and regularly brought the Eucharist to those who were physically unable to attend Mass.

With a big heart and kind spirit, she was a shining source of light to each and every one of her family and friends. We will miss her positive outlook, endearing smile, and contagious laughter.
