Jongeward Marguerite "Marge" E. Jongeward, age 87, of Brooklyn Center, passed away Jan. 12, 2004 after a short battle with cancer. Longtime member and secretary of the Brooklyn Twins Club and the Sunshine Club. Preceded in death by husband, Ralph Jongeward; granddaughter, Melissa Kotilinek; sister, Phyllis Wigesland; brother, Lloyd Peterson. Survived by children, David (Janet), Howard (Sandy), Linda Welvaert (Bob), Ken (Karen); 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; niece, Dorene & family; many relatives and friends. Funeral service Friday, Jan. 16, 2004 at 11 AM at Valley Comm. Presbyterian Church, 3100 Lilac Dr. N., Golden Valley. Visitation Thursday from 5- 8 PM at Crystal Lake Funeral Home, corner of Penn & Dowling Aves N., Mpls, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment Crystal Lake Cemetery.
