Maria Luisa Berrelleza was born in Villanueva, Zacatecas on June 23, 1954. She immigrated to the U.S. as a young lady with dreams of a better life.
Devout in her faith Maria and her husband, Theodore V. Berrelleza, raised their children with love and dedication to ensure they were brought up in the Lord. As a loving Mother and Wife, she enjoyed the simplest pleasures in life and creating memories with her family. Maria loved cooking, reading, camping, going to the beach, and
A visitation for Maria will be held Friday, August 20, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at Greenwood/Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009. A funeral mass will occur Friday, August 20, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 909 E Washington St, Phoenix, AZ 85034. A committal service will occur Friday, August 20, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N 48th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
Serving as pallbearers are Robert Berrelleza, David Berrelleza, Vincent S Carreras, Matthew Lujan, Steve Ortiz, Angel Grano, Diego Grano and Manuel Grano Jr..
