Age 51, on Friday, July 10, 2009, beloved wife of Palmo Cicchino; beloved mother of Lucia and Marisa Cicchino; grandmother of Valentino Hupe; sister of Libera Note (Mike), Gennaro Vacca (Anna Marie) and the late Nicolino Vacca; sister-in-law of Rita Vacca; also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends received 2-4 & 7-9pm Sunday and Monday at BRUSCO-NAPIER FUNERAL SERVICE, INC. 2201 Bensonia Ave., Pittsburgh, Pa 15216. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Pius X Church, Pioneer Ave., on Tuesday at 10am. Memorials may be made to the Maria Cicchino Fund at ESB Bank, Beechview Branch Office.

Dear Lucia and Marisa,
My parents. Quintino Cicchino and Maria Augusta D'uva, daughter of ALberto D'uva came from Guasto, Castelpetroso, in the 50's, settling in NJ. Our Uncle Armonado D'uva used to live in Pittsburgh util his death 40 years ago.

to everyone who has been here for our family, we thank you more than words could describe. your supporrt and kind words are surprisingly able to make us happy, even for a brief moment. my mom was one of the most amazing,lovimg and caring people i ever knew...she would have done anything and everything for anyone!!! i wish i could be blessed with her longer, or even trade places with her, but i know she's always with me, guiding me and protecting me! i love you sooooo much mommy, i miss you. i need you!!!!

We knew Maria from the beauthy shop and she was so kind and caring to my son when he came to my appointments with me. She made him feel special. He has always remembered her for that.
