TRAVERSA _ Maria, born December 23, 1912 in Sannicandro, di Bari, Italy, passed away peacefully March 13, 2003. Predeceased by her husband, Giuseppe in 1985 and son Giovanni in 1995. Survived by daughter, Domenica (Vito) Loconte; sons, Giuseppe Vito and Vito (Pat); grandchildren, Joseph (Brigita), Livio (Emanuela); and great-grandchildren, Daniella, Massimo, Dante and Maurizio. Prayers will be offered on Tuesday, March 18, 2003 at 7 p.m. from St. Helen's Church, 3860 Triumph St., Burnaby, where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 19 at 10 a.m. Entombment The Abbey Ocean View Burial Park.
