April 24, 2011
Dear Nancy,Pete & Phil,
Please accept my belated condolences on behalf of myself, Chuck, Sonoko, Marla & Wyatt. We all enjoyed the precious times we, as a family spent together with your Mom & Dad. The singing and laughing still rings in my ear as I write this note. The first time I did the Hokey-Pokey was with your Mom & Dad and all the Kids and we Adults. A fond memory, created by your Mom & Dad.
We were all fortunate to know them.

What a wonderful person to know and love.
The great times while growing up at St. Francis de Sales with her and your dad sharing the breakfasts after Midnight Mass with Fr. Garrity, the Maynard's,and the Neidert's, will always be in my memory. Your mom always had a smile and a pleasant word to say to everyone. We'll miss her.

Phil, it sounds like your mother was a wonderful lady and a true disciple of Christ. Please be comforted in knowing she has earned her eternal reward through her faith in Christ and I'm sure she's coordinating a couple of "card parties" in Heaven. God bless.

I have often thought of your Mom. I enjoyed visiting her at Rockynol with the kindergarteners from the Elms. I remember having dinner with your family and the after Midnight Mass breakfasts on Christmas and Easter. Your Mom was always such a kind, gentle lady.
With love and sympathy,
