Marie Fouquette Obituary
She was born Sept. 4, 1943, in Hartford to the late Maryanne (Dube) and Joseph Laterreur. She retired after many years as a registered nurse and always put others before herself.
She is survived by her son, Daniel Fouquette of East Windsor; daughters Louise Garland and her husband, Dave, of Chaplin, Adrienne Fish and her husband, Bill, of New Britain, and Carole Ross and her husband, Scott, of Agawam, Massachusetts; grandchildren James, Justine, Matthew, Joshua, Jeffrey, Timothy, and Megan; her great-grandchild, Amy; her brothers, Robert and his wife, Reinette Laterreur, Louie Laterreur, Joseph Laterreur; and her sister, Cecile and her husband, Roger Fouquette. Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Joseph (Adrien) Fouquette; and her brothers, the Rev. Roger Laterreur and Philip Laterreur.
Relatives and friends may join the family Friday, July 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Bassinger & Dowd Funeral Home, 37 Gardner St., East Windsor.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Saturday, July 22, at 10 a.m. at St. Philip Church in East Windsor. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Windsor Locks.
