My earliest memory of my Aunt Gigi was when she came to visit us in Nova Scotia. I remember her sitting in our farm house kitchen with long, dark hair and red long fingernails. Aunt Gigi epitomized glamor to my young mind and she continued to define so much to me as I grew older and our friendship matured. The spiritual and physic gifts Aunt Gigi possessed amazed me. Her sense of style was forever changing. She liked to tease me about my quest for the ‘right’ pink purse that had us all over Montreal in search of the perfect purse one summer when I was a teenager. Later she continued to assist in finding whatever it was I needed, making sure my various apartments contained all I could use and more! Some of that old kitchen stuff she gifted me with is still in use. I will miss her sense of humor and her uncanny ability to make any situation funny with her comments and remarks about people and life. I will treasure the memories of my Auntie Gigi. A wonderful mother, a caring friend, a loving wife, and a beautiful person. God Bless

I was very saddened to hear of Marie Louis's passing. Time slips by us so quickly.
We were all so very thrilled to see her at my eldest brother's, Mike Knox, funeral. She looked so beautiful and full of life. I will chersih that as my last memory of her.
Although I was the baby of the family I do remember that Marie Louise told the best scary stories...I have many fond memories of her and I will remember her in my thoughts and prayers.

I have fond menories of Gigi at the cottage and at a few wild Knox Weddings. I was going through a rough time after a divorce and Gigi sent me a note and encouraged me to be bigger than bitter. She was a great encourager. She will be missed.

To all who loved Marie Lousie.
We are so sorry to hear of her passing. She was a wonderful woman and we truly appreciated all her efforts to stay in touch with my Mom (Aunt Irene), she had a special place in Mom's and all of our hearts. I am the only person in the world (besides my siblings) that had a Cousin GEE-GEE. She will be missed! Please accept our deepest condolences. Love Brenda Knox Pichette
