Marie Navitsky, 89, of Casselberry, Florida, passed away November 16, 2016.She was born in Shenandoah, Pa. on September 25, 1927 to Charles and Mary Yanavage. She was married to Eugene Navitsky on June 17, 1957 They had a daughter, Mary Jean Navitsky. Marie graduated from Shenandoah High School and received her Nursing Degree from Pottsville Nursing School. Marie worked in the medical field with a career in nursing. She also was an instructor for nursing assistants. She worked at Harrisburg Hospital for most of her nursing career. She was a member of Saint Stephens Catholic Church.
Marie had a passion for taking in and loving rescued kittens, she loved shopping, playing Bingo, going to garage sales, watching football games, and going to the beach. She is survived by her loving daughter Mary Jean Navitsky. Mother and daughter were best friends and Marie will be missed immensely. She was also survived by her nieces Nance Richbourg, Pensacola, Fl. and Janet Hughes, Ormond beach, Fl. Her nephews Michael and Stephen Navitsky, Mechanicsburg, Pa. Her sister-in-law, Delores Navitsky also so from Mechanicsburg, PA. and her sister-in-law, Anna Yale, New Port Richey, Fl. Marie was predeceased by her loving husband Eugene Navitsky, her parents, her brother Raymond Yale, sister Charlotte Hoy.
Funeral arrangements will be held at Saint Stephen Catholic Church, 575 Tuskawilla Rd. , on November 23,2016. A viewing will be at the church at 2:00pm and the funeral to follow at 2:30pm.

MJ I just found out about your mom keeping you in my thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time .she was a very sweet lady and I loved doing crafts with her and Rita maybe now they are doing crafts in heaven all together. Debbie Johnson ( Faye's daughter)
