Mr. Glenn Crews, age 76, of McDonough, GA passed away May 29, 2015. Mr. Crews was born in Carrolton, GA the son of the late William S. Crews and Florence Hammond Crews. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Ralph Crews and Grover Gene Crews and a sister, Mabel Crews. Mr. Crews enjoyed spending time with family and friends and before his declining health enjoyed doing woodwork and yard work. His favorite thing to do was to watch old westerns. Survivors are his children, Kay Colwell (Lonnie Campbell) of Stockbridge, Carol McEver (Jimmy) of McDonough, and Cheryl Bond (Ernest) of High Falls; 10 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren; sister, Geraldine Thornton of Carrolton and a special cousin, Lois Hammond of Carrolton; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service for Mr. Crews will be on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 – 11:00 AM in the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park.
