My sincere condolences to Marilyn's family. I worked with her at the ETFO office in Fonthill for 5 or 6 years where she volunteered after her retirement. She was so efficient and organized and a whiz on the computer. She kept us all in line, thankfully!
Sincerely

I am so sorry to hear of Marilyn´s passing. As teachers we were classroom neighbours at Lincoln, her library was where our hamsters were often found. We shared many quilting stories after we retired. She was a friend to many and will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of Marilyn´s passing. I got to know her when she was earning her Pilot´s Licence at the St. Catharines Flying Club which I know gave her a lot of satisfaction and enjoyment. My condolences to her family. I know she will be missed.

So sorry to see this news today. I had Mrs. Michelin at Maplewood School for Grade 3 and Grade 5. She was a fantastic teacher, and I loved being in her class. I remember spelling "probly" instead of "probably", and I can still hear her correcting me, saying, exaggeratedly, "pro-BAB-ly". Every time I write that word I think of her! One of the things students loved about her was that she allowed you to chew gum in class, as long as you didn't chew "like a cow". It was the 70s, and she always had cool clothes, too! In later years, as an adult, I ran into her a few times at the St. Catharines Flying Club. Her personality hadn't changed! RIP Mrs. Michelin...I won't forget your influence in those Maplewood years.

I am very sorry to learn of Marilyn´s passing. I taught with Marilyn at Lincoln Centennial School where we shared a Grade 5 class. I have fond memories of her and remember her as a resourceful and hard working person with a good sense of humour. My condolences to her family.

Marilyn was my grade four teacher at Maplewood school, and was always a favorite. She was laid-back and very cool. I had the pleasure of reconnecting with her as an adult through my best friend, her cousin, Nancy, and we enjoyed reminiscing about our days at Maplewood. I offer my deepest condolences to the Michelin family.
