LaHood, Marion Valerie (Val) On 5th February 2014, Val passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late Joe. Loving mother and mother-in-law of John and Cherie, Donna and Paul. Much loved Nan to Matthew, Rachel and Jamie. On the wings of an angel now, enjoy a more peaceful flight. In lieu of flowers, donations to Mercy Hospice are really appreciated. A service for Val will be held at the All Saints Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, St Johns Road, Meadowbank, today, Saturday 8th February at 12 Midday.
