STAYNER, Marion "Molly"
1917 - 2011
Peacefully on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at the age of 94. Predeceased by her husband, Dick, her son, Bob and her sister Margaret. She is survived by her daughters Penny, Maggie (Charlie), and Barbara (Mark), and by her daughter-in-law Sandy. Proud grandmother of Katherine, Samantha (Terry), Barbara (Julian), Jennifer (Brent), Richard (Christine), Krista (Curtis), Stephen, Greg and Lauren, and delighted to have three great grandchildren, Quincy, Morgan and Felix. Mom was a lifelong resident of Saskatoon, where she attended university, married, raised a family and began a career in 1967 with the Saskatoon Public Library, retiring in 1982. She moved to Ottawa in 2009. Much appreciation to the staff at Barrhaven Manor for their care over the past two years. Thank you to the emergency and palliative care staff at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, and also to Delia at the Barrhaven Hearing Clinic. A private family memorial will be held in Saskatoon. Dear Cousins Penny, Maggie, Sandy (Bob), and Barbara,
Our sincere condolences to you and your families on the passing of (Aunt) Molly. One of the great dames of our time!

Dear Maggie,
I was so sorry to learn of your mother's passing. I remember her with great fondness from years ago, and more recently enjoyed talking with her at Riverside Terrace when both she and my mother were living there. She was a lovely woman. You and your family have my deepest sympathy.
