Mark Anthony Dearborn

When I first came into the HVAC industry I didn't know how well I was going to like it. I got hired by Mark 7 years ago at Texas Ace and I'm still here. What I noticed about him the first few months about him, was his wealth of knowledge and immense amount of patience in passing that knowledge and skill to new or experienced techs. Mark was also a good Samaritan, he would pull over to help anyone out with car problems. Those who knew him also know theirs so much more that can be said and remembered about Mark.

Mark we never had a dual moment at our block parties, I remember when we were at Mike Hanby´s house when you were trying to make this root beer or Dr Pepper mixed drink by they time you figured it out you had already tried yourself to a good buzz!! :) :) haha, going to miss you my Brother you always made sure that you greeted me when I was mowing lawns and always made sure that my thirst was quenched thank you it was a blessing to know you now Fly Mark Fly just like them home runs at the Ranger game that you attended!!!

I first met Mark and Heather about 25 years ago when they lived in SW Fort Worth. We used to get together to play poker with friends and Mark was usually in charge of the bank.
He was a great golfer, and I had the opportunity to play with him and attended his annual birthday golf outing several times.
He was funny, easygoing, and a great help when I had HVAC questions. I will always remember Mark when I hear "Texas Rangers" because everyone knows he was a Super Fan! I hope that he was aware that the Rangers won last year's World Series.
Mark, you will be missed.

When I was at a rangers game & Dearborn called me, couldn´t get away from work & asked if I would go find a particular sales rep. & buy him the playoff package. So to return that favor he took Mari & I to one of the playoff games.

I remember him sweating it out in my attic to fix my AC... He is such a good man, not only to his family but to everyone he knew. He is missed

I´m so thankful that I got to meet Mark through his amazing wife Heather. He was always kind and welcoming and there with a good laugh

I always looked forward to when Mark would come home to visit! Highlight of my day, month,...year! We´ll keep a stool open for you at The Old Goat my friend!

Anytime on the golf course or at a rangers or a stars game. That guy knew everyone. Always with the handshake and a hug. One of, if not the best person I´ve met in Texas.
