How thankful for my friend Mark, the times we shared in Omaha and his
clear and faithful witness
to Jesus Christ.

I am very saddened by his passing I grew up in the first Presbyterian church in east moline he baptized me when I was only a few months old. My thoughts and prayers are with the family...

Mark officiated our wedding in 1987 and discovered funds that had been donated for a handbell choir at the church. We bought the bells and the bell choir started in the fall of 1984 still has 1 of the original ringer plus me as the original director. Thank you to Mark for starting that that project at First Presbyterian, East Moline.

Mark officiated our wedding in 1991 and I babysat their kids when they were little. Mark (and Sue) will be remembered fondly. Thinking of Jennifer and Brian today.

I was a classmate of Mark and Sue at Central College and lived next door to Mark our senior year. He was a true gentleman and lived his faith every day. His suffering is over and has gone home to join Sue. My heart is heavy with sadness

Thanks be to God for the blessing of Mark's sincere Christian faith and his encouraging friendship.

Thank you for your encouragement support in my walk of faith.

I enjoyed watching Mark beam when he was watching his children perform at the band exhibitions. He was at every event and supportive. What touches my heart is seeing his son and daughter grow up to be hard working and amazing parents. His legacy lives on through them. He will be missed here, but Sue was joyful when she saw him in heaven.

I love your sense of humor brother, I'll miss your dad jokes. I have to say I had to refrain from posting one here. I know I'll see you again my friend Godspeed.

We send our sincere sympathy to Mark´s family. We were honored to have Mark as our pastor in East Moline, IL for several years. We will miss his wonderful Christmas letter. Love and Blessings to all.

A truly wonderful man has gone home! I am thankful for the time my family was led by Pastor Mark at FPC in Hutchinson. Thank you for sharing him with us! Our prayers are with you and your family.

We were sorry to hear of Mark's passing but are glad he is now at peace and free of pain. His leadership left a wonderful legacy at FPC, Hutchinson, KS.

I completely loved working with Pastor Mark in the Reno County VOAD. We certainly missed him when he moved from Hutchinson; but we loved that he wanted to spend more time with his family in FL. He will forever be remembered by us all for his devotion to the Lord and putting Feet to his Faith by serving others. We will see you again one day my friend!

The world is a worse place than it was a few days ago.

Our condolences on the passing of Mark. He made a lot of friends here at First Presbyterian Church in Hutchinson KS. He will be missed.
