Mark Darin Sizemore

Mark Darin Sizemore, age 53 years, of Oxford, NC, passed away on June, 22, 2024 at his home. He was the son of the late Jerry Lee Sizemore and survived by his Mother, Patricia Carliles Sizemore , of Oxford NC; his daughter Jordyn Rene' Sizemore, of Oxford, NC, Brother Steve Sizemore (Kristen) of Henderson, NC and Sisters Cathy Sizemore Jones of Oxford, NC. And Kristi Sizemore Bullock (Kenny) of Stem, NC. He also left behind his nephew, Adam Sizemore of Henderson, NC and Niece Kendall Sizemore of Henderson, NC; Niece, Gracie Bullock of Stem, NC. He also left behind his girlfriend, Lisa Singleton of Oxford, NC. He was employed by Nelms Electric Company of Oxford, NC. Mark was a diehard UNC Tarheel fan and he loved the Beach and the sun. He was a friend to everyone he met and was a kind and loving soul. He was always making people laugh with his great sense of humor. He was very much like his father in the fact that he would help anyone, especially with his knowledge of electrical work which was his trade. Perhaps the greatest legacy he left is his daughter, Jordyn Rene' Sizemore. Jordyn is a true treasure to this world and was the love of Mark's life. Mark will truly be missed.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations for his daughter, Jordyn, which may be mailed to 501 Coggeshall Street, Oxford, NC c/o Patricia Sizemore. A memorial service will be held Monday, July 1, 2024 at 2 p.m. at West Oxford Baptist Church in Oxford, NC. The family will receive visitors after the service and at other times at Patrica Sizemore's home , 501 Coggeshall Street, Oxford, NC
