Marsha Busto Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Sep. 16, 2025.
Marsha Busto, born Marsha Ringer on April 6, 1948, in Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2025, in Trenton, Florida, at the age of 77.

Marsha graduated in 1966 from Dixie Hollins High School in St. Petersburg, Florida. She went on to build a life filled with creativity, compassion, and deep devotion to her family and beloved pets. A gifted artist and painter, Marsha expressed her vibrant spirit through her artwork. Her talent extended beyond the canvas-she found joy in crafting alongside her sister Cheryl Anagnostou, with whom she shared countless hours creating beautiful pieces and cherished memories.

Nature was a constant source of inspiration for Marsha. She loved photographing the sunsets and took great pride in cultivating a garden full of colorful plants and flowers at her home. Her green thumb and artistic eye brought beauty into every space she touched.

Marsha's love for animals was boundless. Her heart overflowed with kindness as she cared for each of her pets with unwavering dedication. Her passion for their well-being was a defining part of her life and will be remembered by all who knew her.

She was a devoted wife to her late husband Frank Busto and a loving mother to her son Michael Busto and daughter-in-law Jennifer Busto. Marsha also held a special place in her heart for her step-granddaughter Lindsay, Lindsay's husband Ernie, and their two children, Penelope and Hendrix.

Marsha is also lovingly remembered by her sister Cheryl Anagnostou and brother-in-law Nicholas Anagnostou; her uncle David Vansickle; and aunt Grace Vansickle. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pearl and Leigh Ringer.

Marsha's warmth, creativity, and gentle spirit touched many lives. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.

It´s hard to believe my mother is no longer with us. She was someone whose love, strength, and kindness shaped who I am today. My love of nature and animals was inspired by her. I grew up with just about every pet you could have, from horses to chickens and even a raccoon. I could not have asked for a better childhood, and I definitely couldn´t have asked for a better mother. My parents were both amazing, and I miss them dearly.

Even as life brought its challenges, she faced them with grace and resilience. She lost the love of her life when she was just 53 years old. I watched her struggle to move forward, but she did it. She built a life and always made sure she was there for me and our family.

Though she is no longer with us, her spirit will always live on in the memories we share and the lessons she passed down. I will carry her love with me always.

My life will never be the same from this day forward. Your passing has left a void in my life that can never be filled. I will remember the good times we shared, the laughs and the long conversations. Whenever I see a sunset, white fluffy clouds in the blue sky, flowers blooming or your son's face, I will think of you. You left behind a grieving sister that will miss you at every family gathering, holidays, birthdays, and all the days in-between. The thought that you are no longer suffering gives me peace of mind. You are free!

My life will never be the same from this time forward. You have left a void in my life that can never be filled. You will be missed at every family gathering, holidays, birthdays, and all the days in-between. You loved to take pictures of sunsets, flowers, and fluffy, white clouds in the blue sky. Every time I see a sunset, flowers blooming, a rainbow or your son's face, I will think of you dear sister. You left behind a sister that is grieving but thankful that you are no longer suffering. Till we are reunited again, be at peace, you are free!

Our deepest condolences to Marsha´s family and friends. Though we knew her only briefly, her warmth, friendly demeanor and love for her family, including her beloved pets, was clear to us.
