A tribute to my treasured Grandma: You will always be loved
It is our turn to shine your light on the rest of the world so that you may rest in peace. Our family lost a matriarch, but heaven gained an angel. My heart is heavy, but my soul is vital, for I know my grandma is at peace.
I love you.

Thank you Granny for always being the median in love, family, community, life and fellowship. Thank you for creating our family tree with Booboo. Thanks for raising the Queen that raised me and always being a safe space for those overwhelmed about life. I will never forget you cooking me fried green tomatoes, sausage, eggs and biscuits while advocating my growth. You instilled character in my mother which passed on to me. The love you held for all of us collectively and separately showed me how to love and whom that love would be revered by. Your smile, your kindness, your humor, your kinship is priceless and it will never be forgotten nor duplicated. When me and mother walked into the hospital, I felt an Erie feeling. I saw you were non responsive yet attempting to hold on. You saw mom and then you saw me and took your final breathe. I was crushed because I just wanted to hear your voice once more yet relieved that you wouldn't have to suffer any further. I lost you, my uncle Carlos, Great granny Clarice as well as others in 2022 after reconciliation of my own troubles. It is hard but our relationship will continue on the spiritual plain. I love you dearly and my final thanks is for loving all of us unconditionally. I know God allowed you into his kingdom and I know Booboo is there. Please tell him I love him as well. With deepest sincerity, respect, honor and love for Marsha Taylor, I bed her a fair well and see you again some day.
