Marshall was not only a valued coworker and fraternity brother at Ga. Tech, but one of the nicest people I had the pleasure to know. He and I had many conversations about working at Georgia Power and life in general, and I could always count on him to be a great friend and confidant. I regret not being able to spend more time with he and Gwynn after we both retired. At this point in our lives, we realize that life is fragile and short....I will miss Marshall but cherish the memories.

Marshall and Gwen were neighbors and friends while in Valdosta. Marshall was a fine gentleman with a warm personality. Anyone he met likely became a true friend for life. His positive influence was cast over the entire state. Marshall was very supportive of me while in Valdosta. May God bless Gwen and the entire family during their time of bereavement.
