TRAVIS On Sunday May 3, 2009 peacefully in
Chorley Hospital DAVID aged 56 years. The loving husband of Sheena,
loving son of Bell and Tom, brother of Stephen and John and sister-in-law of Anne. Loving you always, Forgetting you never. Funeral service and committal to be held at Charnock Richard Crematorium on Friday, May 8 at 10.30pm. Family flowers only please, but
donations if desired to Diabetes Research or British Heart Foundation c/o the funeral director. All inquiries to Neil & Kath Harvey Funerals, 5 Balcarres Road, Leyland, PR25 2El.
