Martha Ann "Marty" Reef

Martha "Marty" Hromyak Reef, 92, of Amarillo, died Wednesday, January 9, 2019. Memorial services will be 3:00 pm Friday, January 25, 2019 at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2525 Wimberly Rd. Committal services will be 10:00 am Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Woodlawn Cemetery Chapel, 118 Woodlawn Ave. in Dayton, Ohio. Marty was born July 18, 1926 in Youngstown, Ohio to John and Suzannah Hromyak. She married Robert "Bob" Reef in 1948 in Dayton. Bob and Marty lived in Dayton until Bob's death in 1996. Marty moved to Amarillo in 1997. She worked for Chrysler Airtemp and for Sugar Creek Presbyterian Church in Dayton. She had a crafting business there as well. Marty loved playing cards, and played at the Amarillo Senior Citizen's Center. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Amarillo. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; five sisters; and two brothers. Survivors include a son, Robert "Bob" Reef of Avondale, PA; a daughter, Susan Reef Stafford of Amarillo; five grandchildren, Taryn Stafford Camp of Round Rock, Michael Stafford and wife Ciara of Lawrence, KS, Calla, and Mabry, and Finley Reef of Houston.
