Shane and I were so saddened when we heard the news of Martin's passing. It's hard to believe we have known you both for over 30 years. You both took on the challenge of babysitting a young little boy with lots of energy. From the first day you welcomed both of us into your home and treated us like family for which I will be eternally grateful. I thank Martin for being such a positive role model in Shame's life and have no doubt it helped shape him into the fine man he is today. May all the outpouring of love and prayers bring you comfort in the days ahead. I know this has been a difficult year for you all but remember the will of God will never take you where the grace of God will not be with you.

Mr. Davalos was a great man. From day one he welcome into his home and treated me like family. He will be missed by me and anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. My son Enzo was blessed to have had him for the first two years of his life.
