Martin Frias Sr, age 95, passed away on February 26, 2015. Martin was a sweet, caring, loving person. He served in the United States Navy and fought in World War II. He enjoyed spending time with his wife Maria and their two dogs. He loved watching the San Antonio Spurs and playing dominoes. He is preceded in death by his parents Leopoldo Frias and Sarita Ruiz Frias, and his brothers Leonard, Esteban, Silviano, and Matias Frias. Martin is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Maria Isabel Frias, sister Maria de Jesus Frias and children; Irene Segovia (Mike), Becky Torres, Martin Frias Jr. (Elia), Gilbert Cervantes (Evangelina), Teresa Marcos, Chester Cervantes (Patsy), Martha Belinda Jimenez (Ricardo), Dora Irma Alanis, Socorro Garcia (Jose Antonio), Patricia Mongoy (Manuel), and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces. A visitation will be held on Monday March 9, 2015 from 5-9 pm with a rosary at 7 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday March 10, 2015 at 10am at St. Luke's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
