LARRY HUSTON, 75
Salt Springs - Larry Huston Martin, 75, of Salt Springs, FL, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. Larry was born in Ocala, FL to Floyd and Mildred Martin and grew up in Ft. McCoy. He worked at H. A. Busbee and later owned Daisy Creek Chipper Service. Larry served in the US Navy and belonged to Masonic Lodge # 49 and Moose Lodge #184. He was an avid outdoorsman, hunter, and fisherman.
Larry was predeceased by his wife, Joan Martin; and brothers, Billy and Sammy Martin.
He is survived by his daughter, Kymberly Rodriques of Kissimmee, FL; three grandchildren, Jordan, Heather, and Cheyne; five great grandchildren; sisters, Deanne Hughes Bonnet of Ocala, Linda Brannigan of St. Augustine, and Charlene Chastain Hill of Ocala.
Family will receive friends at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd. Ocala, FL 34470 (352) 629-7171, from 2-3pm on Saturday, December 3, 2016 with memorial service at 3:00 pm. Melvin Gordon officiating. Online Condolences may be expressed at www.hiers-baxley.com. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Hospice of Marion County.

We will always remember the fun POKER GAMES we had on WED. nights at Larry's House with the "Group"!! That crazy lady who made everything WILD a the time!! She knows who she is!! Larry always was a Great friend & neighbor! We will miss him!! Our Sympathy to the Family!

Kim, I don't know if you remember me, but I worked with your mom Joan at Barnett Bank (Lana Smith) at that time. I want to send my condolences to you and your family. I was just talking to my friends about your mom and dad yesterday. Your dad made me a manger many many years ago and your mom made me all the pieces and would give them to me every year. Loved them both.
