McCANN Martin
Magherafelt The wife, son and daughters of the late Martin McCann R.I.P would like to thank everyone who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement. Our thanks go to all who called at the family home, sent cards and letters, everyone who attended the funeral or who helped in any way. We would like to thank the Priests of the Parish Monsignor O'Byrne, Fr Gates PP and Fr McAnerney, also Fr McGuckin for their spiritual support to Martin both at home and during his time at Hospital. A special thanks to Monsignor O'Byrne for officiating at the funeral mass and the graveside and to Rosemary, Una and the Mulhollands for their beautiful music and hymns at the funeral. A special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses of the Macmillan Unit at Antrim Area Hospital and Ward B1 who gave Martin such exceptional care and attention and the Staff at Castledawson Surgery for looking after Martin so well. We would like to thank McCusker Brothers, Funeral Directors, Enda and Tom, for the dignified and professional manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out and to those who prepared the grave. Thanks to Rossa GAC for the use of their premises and to the Staff of Mary's Bar and Dorman's Bar who helped with refreshments after the funeral.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation.
Martin will be loved and missed forever by us all R.I.P.
Martin's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, 11th September at 7.30 pm in the Church of the Assumption, Magherafelt.
