Marty was a friend for 38 years. I am very sorry to hear that he has passed. My condolences to his family.

Marty always took the high road in everything he said and did. He was good-natured in accepting the term of endearment we crafted for him on account of his never losing sight of God's command to be a good shepherd over what was given to him because he knew that we knew he would give the shirt off his back to those in need. May his good friend "LaRueski," and all his many other friends as well, be comforted by the lasting memories that were made with him throughout the years, be grateful for the friendship we shared with him, and be encouraged by the fact they we will all one day pick up where we left off, in heaven. Also, may our forever friend, comrade, and colleague, who was a vital part of our "troop" and leader of our "gang," as well as the guy who added special meaning to the phrase, "Are we having fun yet?," rest in peace for eternity.
