Martin Wein Obituary
Born in Bronx, New York he was the son of the late Richard Wein and Claire (Goodman) Wein from Tamarac, Florida. He graduated from Hope High School in 1971 and John and Wales University in 1980. He served as a Medic in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Martin was the owner of Martin P. Wein, Inc. and was a well-known accountant in the area.
Survivors in addition to his wife and mother are 2 daughters: Melissa Wein Holcomb and her husband Steven of Cumberland, RI, Jennifer Wein Charbonneau and her husband Brian of Warwick, RI, a grandchild: Isabella Holcomb of Cumberland, RI, three sisters: Susan Friedman and her husband Robert of Ninety Six, So. Carolina, Elaina Souza and her husband Dennis of Cranston, RI, Debra Peckham of Florida, a Goddaughter: Rachel Souza and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701. Private funeral arrangements are in the care of the ROCK Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd, New Bedford, MA 02745.

Marty you were the best brother ANYONE could have ever asked for. We may not have talked every day or even every month, but i always knew you were there for me. I wish i was there for you in those final days but at least i got a chance to tell you exactly how special you were. I have to be unselfish and be glad that you are not suffering anymore i love you so much and i miss you terribly. Until we meet again big brother please remember you may be gone but you will NEVER be forgotten.
