It is a fact that we are born on a certain date and we die on a certain date. Someone recently sent me a poem to music called the "Dash Movie." It basically says that it's what happens during the years represented by the dash that best sum up our lives. Dud was a dear friend and I have so many great memories of times shared -- the basketball tournements, the dances, the sports acitivities, etc. And he was even kind of my "protector" at times. I only wish he could have been able to attend one of our Java reunions in Deadwood. It would have been great to see him again and hash over old memories. I also know that he now is in God's care and maybe someday we will meet in another spiritual realm and "share old memories."

From the moment that we are born, we start our journey toward the grave, but we have a promise that all who belong to Christ Jesus, shall all see our loved ones again at His soon coming. So-long for now my friend.

Betty & Family,

My sympathy is with you during this time of sorrow. Where have all the years gone too? I remember when you lived across the street from Grandpa and Grandma Goetz. How the times and lives of all of us have changed over the years. God keep you under his wings during your time of sorrow.
