I worked for Dr Weninger while he was medical director at North Star Hospital in Anchorage Alaska. He was one of the most caring and gracious physicians I have worked for. He was also a supportive friend and incredibly kind. He often spoke of how proud he was of his children and his wife Kay; who I am sure miss him every day.

Being a psychiatrist was not just Marv`s job, it was his entire heart! In every friendship, including mine, he was always incredibly warm and supportive and problem-solving and caring. His smile could melt an iceberg!
