Mary Ahern Obituary
Mary graduated from Purdue University with a degree in elementary education and went on to teach in the Villa Park and Argo/Summit #104 school districts.
Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kevin Ahern; sister Nina; and her parents Mary and father Joseph. Mary is survived by her daughters, Christine (Michael) Cote, Lisa (John) Sons, and Cindy (Andy) O'Neill; and her cherished grandchildren, Alexis (Chris Macri), Andrew, Megan, Cameron, Erin, and Mackenzie.
Mary's dedication to education and her love for her family will always be remembered. A family gathering will take place at Balagio in Mokena on Jan 4.
