Mary Anne Birney Obituary
Mary Anne was born on May 25, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan to John and Louise Considine. Shortly thereafter, the family moved to Lake Worth, FL. Mary Anne graduated from Cardinal Newman High School.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 37 years, Dan Birney, children, Brian Birney and wife, Amanda, Danielle Labbé and husband, Ryan, her two grandsons, Colton and Jackson, her brothers, John and Joseph and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mary Anne enjoyed being a mom to Brian and Danielle, hosting parties, interior decorating, and gardening. Even as her memory and health deteriorated, she still enjoyed singing and dancing, and being surrounded by the ones she loved.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 1:30PM at St. Peter Catholic Church located in Jupiter, FL. In order to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines, all attendees must wear a face covering and maintain social distance by sitting in every other pew during the service.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

My sister Mary Anne was just the best. Sometimes life just isn't fair, not only to her, but also to Danny, Brian and Danielle who lost her way too soon. I know Mary's in the Heavens looking down on us and loving us even more powerfully than she was able to on Earth. Love you so much, my wonderful sister.
