Mary Margaret Ardelean

Mary "Margo" Margaret Ardelean, 76, of Fuquay-Varinia passed away February 5, 2023, at UNC Rex Hospital in Raleigh. She was born in New Kensington, PA on March 28, 1946 to the late Frank and Phoebe Trautwein. She is preceded in death by her husband George Ardelean; brother Gary Trautwein.

Mrs. Ardelean was survived by her daughter, Jennifer Ferguson and husband Bobby, grandchildren: Lacey McLean and husband Ryan, Hunter Ferguson, Johnathan Ardelean and wife Amy; great-grandchildren, CaliAnn McLean, Grayson and Kinsley Ferguson; many more bonus children and grandchildren; and her beloved dog Tuffy.

She was married to George Ardelean the love of her life who passed in 2002, her partner of 18 years Robert Herrman who passed in 2021

She was a 1964 New Kensington High School graduate and worked in the medical field for 45 years, where she was cherished by her patients and coworkers. She loved fiercely and no one who had ever met her could say a bad word about her or couldn't help but love her deeply! She lived out the rest of her life loving on her babies in North Carolina.
