Mary E. Gleason, 95, died December 22, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.

Mary was born in Manchester on March 20, 1927, the daughter of William and Mary (Burke) Dubois.

She was a graduate of Mount Saint Mary College and the Sacred Heart Hospital School of Nursing and was a designated member of the Cadet Nurse Corps established during World War II.

Mary was proud to be a registered nurse and retired from the Manchester Health Department after spending years as a Public Health Nurse.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Mary's family was paramount in her life. Above all else, her greatest pleasure was being with her family at her Kennebunkport, ME and Vero Beach, FL retirement homes.

She was predeceased by her husband and love of her life Ernest Gleason in 2009.

Family members include her children, Deborah and her husband William Prive of Goffstown, Michael Gleason and wife Barbara of New Boston, Brian Gleason and wife Maria of Stratham; seven grandchildren, Kimberly, Keith, Kristen, Megan, Caitlin, Emily and Libby; nine great-grandchildren, Ryanne, Brady, Emma, Sean, Riley Anne, Cameron, Colin, Rory and J.J.

Funeral services and burial in St. Joseph Cemetery will be private.

Donations may be made in her memory to New Horizons for NH, Food Distribution Center, 199 Manchester St, Manchester, NH 03103.
