She helped support her family by working in a cannery, picking cherries and worked in local hop fields. She also worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital (Regional) laundry for many years. She always volunteered at the local food bank helping bundle food for families. Mary loved working in her flower and vegetable gardens; and always had the most beautiful flowers.

She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren. Although this is very belated Aunt Mary and her old Plymouth car were an inspiration to us all, living life to the fullest. I'm sure Uncle Pete had something to with this. We will miss you, God Bless.

Hi to Aunt Mary's family from Bertha (Bartsch) Wald. So sorry to hear of Aunt Mary's death. She always wrote to me at Christmas time except for the last 2 years. She was such a nice lady. We remember and enjoyed the times that your mom and dad came to North Dakota. Also remember when you kids were young and came along. Oh so many years ago. Best wishes to all. May the new year bring a new season to all. Bertha
