Survived by son, Bill (Joyce) Kubat Jr.; daughters, Barbara Welch, and Kendra (Mike) Sullivan; 9 grandchildren, Cyrene (Terry) Davis, Brandi (Jacob) Snow, Billie Jo Kubat, Andrew, Joshua (Angela) and Dylan (Katie) Lambrecht, Kayla, Olivia and David Sullivan; 7 great grandchildren, William, Cassie, Danielle and Mike Lambrecht, Jack Snow, Krystal Trull and Brandon Davis; and 3 sisters, Shirley (Tom) Hermanek, Gloria (Bill) Wilder and Patti (Joe) Neuberger.
FUNERAL MASS Tuesday 10:30am, St. Gerald Catholic Church, 96th and Q St. VISITATION Monday 4-7pm, with 7pm PRAYER SERVICE at Funeral Home. Interment, Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Good Samaritan Society-Millard Staff Scholarship Fund KORISKO LARKIN STASKIEWICZ
