MARY M. (STINSON)
Age 77 on Saturday, February 10, 2007, formerly of Mt. Oliver. Wife of the late Joseph N.; mother of Mary (John) Repasky, Joseph (Ingrid), Suzanne (Tim) Flanigan, Timothy, Patricia (Delbert) Valle & Donald (Donna) Medzius; beloved Nunny of 14 grandchildren & 3 great-grand children. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Friends will be received at the JOHN F. SLATER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 412-881-4100, 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, 15227 Monday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Prayer on Tuesday morning at 9:15; Mass of Christian Burial in St. Albert the Great Church at 10:00 a.m. If desired, family suggests contributions to one's favorite charity in Mary's Name.

Mrs. Medzius was one of my favorite Moms when we were young. She always had a great smile and a joke or "jag" or two for us turkeys. the only time I can remember her being a bit angry with me was when I and Joe were about knocked out when I wrecked us into the corner guy"s bushes on my first bike ride with two people.And the guy only worried about his bushes. Remember, Joe? She going to be badly missed.My condolensces toJoe, Ingrid, Susie,Tim, and Timmy and everyone else in the family. God be with her. Love, Earl

Joe, Ingrid and family,
We remember our younger days when we were always made to feel welcome at your place and greeted with a pleasant smile, or a suspicious grin. Your mom was a great lady and loved by many.

I was so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. Although I haven't seen any of 'you kids' for a long time I remember all of the times we spent together when we were kids in Mt. Oliver. How much our parents enjoyed getting together to celebrate anything or nothing at all. It's hard to believe they are all gone. It is never easy.
