Mary Julia Losh Pettyjohn

Mary Julia Losh Pettyjohn, of Lynchburg, passed away, Saturday, June 12, 2010, at Lynchburg Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Brady V. Pettyjohn.

Born in Schultzville, Pa., June 14, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Agnes Moll Losh. She was a past member of the Noblettes and was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Albert Losh Jr., Earl Losh and Clifford Losh.

Survivors include two sisters-in-law, Barbara Reid and her husband, Dave, of Evington and Lillian Losh, of Boyertown, Pa.; one

brother-in-law, Howard Pettyjohn and his wife, Yvonne, of Lynchburg; two nieces, Judy Losh and Sandy Mest and her husband, Terry, all of Boyertown, Pa.; and two nephews, James Losh, of Boyertown, Pa. and Allison Losh, of Lynchburg.

A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, June 14, 2010, in the Fort Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Roberts officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church or a charity of your choice.

Mary was a very kind lady who loved to share stories and memories. May she find peace in the arms of Jesus and be reunited with her loving husband, Brady. She will be missed by all who loved her. Our condolences to all who cared for her. Monica and Tyler Midkiff
