RED LION Mary E. Rial, 89, formerly of York Twp., passed peacefully Saturday, January 27, 2007, at Manor Care Dallastown. She was the wife of Harry S. Rial who died August 4, 1984. Born June 8, 1917, in York, she was the daughter of the late Thomas S. and Lucille (Markey) Hamberger. Mrs. Rial enjoyed gardening and cooking. Surviving are three sons and a daughter, Thomas F. Rial of Red Lion, Michael W. Rial of East Prospect, James H. Rial of Windsor, and Mary E. Rial of Dallastown; three brothers and a sister, Arlene Hartman of York, Arthur Hamberger of York, Dave Hamberger of York, and James Hamberger of Dallastown; and numerous grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, 104 W. Main St., Dallastown. Viewing will be Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, York. Contributions may be made in her memory to Alzheimer's Association, 3544 N. Progress Ave., Suite 205, Harrisburg, PA 17110.

Mary,so sorry to hear about the passing away of your mom. Just keep in your heart that she just went to enjoy everlasting life in paradise and will always be with you. Keep in your mind and heart all the joyful and fulling years you had together as a family and just remember that she will always be by your side.
