I remember Mat from a long time ago when he was our Senior Patrol Leader back in the 2003 group traveling to the Boy Scout National Jamboree in Washington DC. Though I was the only kid from Waycross and nearly everyone else was from Brunswick, he made sure I didn't feel left out and was a great leader. He'll be missed by many.
