Matthew DeVere "Matt" Huebner

Matt always put others before himself. He was a great man. He could listen to a vehicle and tell what was wrong. He would make the engine purr. He was a gentle giant and was always a part of my heart. He will be greatly missed.

when i was going through a particularly rough patch, i came home from work and matt had lit about 50 candles and put them all over my bedroom floor. we didn't have any furniture or even carpet on the bedroom floor at the time, but he put all these candles all over the bedroom and we just sat on the floor listening to music, eating sandwiches ... God I loved that man!

I remember like it was yesterday ... he walked into my house and leaned against the door frame of my room ... and i believe my heart stopped ... love at first sight!
