Matthew DeVere "Matt" Huebner

Matthew DeVere Huebner, aged 55, passed away on May 1, 2024 in Arvada, Colorado. Born on May 13, 1968, Matthew, affectionately known as 'Matt', was renowned for his exceptional mechanical skills, a talent he honed and shared generously throughout his life.

Matt was a proud graduate of Denver Diesel & Automotive College where he earned his ASE certification. His life was marked by his adeptness and passion for all things mechanical, a field where he both excelled and found great satisfaction.

Beyond his professional achievements, Matt was a beloved figure in his community and among his friends and family. Known for his willingness to lend a hand at any time, he touched many lives with his kindness and dedication. His love for his family was profound and unwavering.

He is survived by his son, Jayden Devere Milliken-Huebner; step-children, Caitlin Brown and Joshua Davis; brother, Paul Huebner (Jennifer); aunt, Janice Muse (Woodson) Reasonover; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles 'Chuck' Huebner and Carolyn Huebner, his sister, Jody Huebner, and his son, Matthew Bowen.

A service to celebrate Matt's life will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 12:00 noon at the Miller Street Church of Christ, 4595 Miller St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.

Memorial donations can be made in Matt's name to the American Heart Association or the Miller Street Church of Christ.

Matt's legacy is not only in the machines he fixed or the skills he taught, but in the countless lives he touched and enriched with his generosity and love. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to inspire those who had the privilege to know him.
