Our hearts are so very heavy with grief for the loss of Matt. My son Doug had the honor of being Matt's friend while they were both attending law school. Matt became a mentor to Doug as well as a close friend. I got to meet Matt when we were in Memphis visiting. I knew immediately that he was a person of exceptional character and was deeply grateful that my son had such a fine man for a friend. Matt is in our hearts and we will remember him always.
With deepest sympathy,
Anne C
