HISTON ' The Family of the late Patrick (Paddy) would like to thank everyone for kind expressions of sympathy, cards and floral tributes received during their recent sad bereavement, the Police and ambulance crew for care and attention, all friends and relatives who travelled from as far away as Inverness and Ireland to attend the funeral, Father Morrison for an uplifting service, care shown by cemetery staff and P. B. Wright and Sons for funeral arrangements. Special thanks to all staff at The Broomhill Tavern for catering and for kindness shown to Paddy over the years.
