Maureen Cameron Obituary
Cameron, Maureen "Mo Mo" Kirkwood, 59 passed away on 7 December, 2014 after a hard fought battle with cancer. Maureen was always content with a simple life. Never needing or wanting much. She and her children have always been close which was the most important focus in her life. They spoke with and visited her often and shared both their troubles and joys. They shared their problems and sought her counsel and comfort. Maureen was blessed with a loving and caring family and it was her desire that they always stay close to each other. Maureen is predeceased by her wonderful mother and step-father Arlene and Michael Prozer and grandmother Margaret Corrigan. Maureen is survived by her companion of 14 years Steven Ring, sisters Susan (Dave) Oliver, Marie Kalka her children Bobbi Jo (Bob) Fern, Arlene (Jeff) Kahn, Brian (Estrella Zuna) Cameron and Kaitlyn (Victor Osorio) Cameron, and 12 grandchildren and cat Cole. Visitation will be held at the THOMAS J. SHEA 137 Robinson St. Binghamton, NY 13904 Thursday from 2 to 3pm. A Funeral Service will follow at 3pm.

Mom, it's crazy to think that it's almost 7 years. Not a day goes by that we don't think of you.I try so hard to get everyone together,but I'm sure you see.....it was close for thanksgiving,but maybe over the summer.All of your grandkids are getting so big and I still feel it's not fair.......you were taken from us all too soon,but I guess God needed you more in heaven. I do find comfort in you being free of pain and look forward to the day we are all together again.
