Obituary: Maureen Drozd

January 4, 1945 - April 19, 2000

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Maureen Drozd, who departed this life on April 19, 2000, at the age of 55. Born on January 4, 1945, Maureen brought love, warmth, and kindness to all who knew her.

Maureen was a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished grandmother. She is survived by her beloved husband, Edward Drozd, with whom she shared a lifetime of happiness and partnership. She leaves behind two daughters: Elizabeth Jackowski, married to Michael Jackowski, and Colleen Drozd. Maureen adored her grandson, Robert Jackowski, whose laughter and joy brought light to her days.

A lifelong resident of Levittown, New York, Maureen made her home at 86 Abbey Lane, where she created a haven filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. She will be remembered for her boundless generosity, unwavering support for her family, and the deep love she shared with all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Maureen's absence leaves an irreplaceable void in the hearts of her family and friends. Her legacy of love, kindness, and strength will continue to inspire those she touched.

A private service will be held for family and close friends to honor her memory and celebrate her life.

Rest in peace, Maureen. You will be forever loved and deeply missed.
