Maxine Luke, 95, of St. Petersburg, FL formerly from Sarasota, FL and Corunna, MI, died July 14, 2025 just 3 days before her 96th birthday.

Maxine was born in New Haven Township, MI and moved to Sarasota in 1968 where she co-owned with her husband, Great Western House of Meats for 25 years and then worked at Geier's Sausage Kitchen until retirement.

Maxine is preceded in death by her Husband, Jack Lee Luke. She is survived by her Daughters, Tamara (David) Hosler and Shelly (Thomas) Stebbins of St. Petersburg; Grandchildren, Rachel, Joel (Tiffany), Gabriel (Michael), Dain (Angela), Anna; Great Grandchildren, Joaquin, Ella Jane, Audra, August, Lola, Maksim, Harper, Cole; and several nieces and nephews.

Maxine was known among family and friends for her loving personality and was deeply devoted to her family. They were her great pride and joy. In her spare time she loved to play Bingo!

A private family service will be at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to AccentCare Hospice.

Maxine was a super sweet lady. She was a true blue mom and you could see the love in her eyes when she looked at her children and grand children. She will be missed.
